Revolution Bridge and Chess table Hand-made to order

We designed this table for lovers of cards and chess who appreciate the beauty of good British craftsmanship. This table is hand-made to special order and is an exceptional piece of furniture. The playing surface revolves to have a wooden chessboard on one side and a green baize for card-playing on the other. This model shown is our Mark 1 design and is made from beech which is then stained to produce a mahogany finish. It also has visible brass fittings. The top is locked in place with a solid brass catch and revolves on brass fittings. We have one of these in stock normally.

The legs are fixed but can be easily removed for storage. The table height is 71 cms and the top is 80 cms square.

Model shown is in solid beech stained to rich mahogany but other woods or shades can be ordered and prices will vary depending on specification.

We are currently making our Mark 2 version details and pictures of which will be available shortly.and you can order this in a variety of different woods including European Oak, American Walnut, Ash and Cherry wood. The Mark 2 incorporates double locks and concealed fittings, rather than the brass ones shown here, giving the table a thoroughly modern appearance. Prices for Ash models start at £2100 and for oak £2150. Delivery normally six to eight weeks depending on the availability of the particular wood.
